Registration

The Inaugural International Conference on Energy and Healthcare Materials (ICEHM 2020) will facilitate the gathering of bright minds of the two fields from academic, industry and broader backgrounds to share the cutting-edge research and inspirational opinions, and to catalyse exciting opportunities of cross-disciplinary collaborations.  The conference is organised by volunteers and is a non-profit event. The ICEHM 2020 involves a number of symposium, each with their own program while availing the delegates the opportunity to access combined plenary lectures and streamlined technical sessions.

Early bird registration ends on 30 December 2019. A visitor visiting Australia must obtain a valid visa, so it is important to make early payment to avoid delay in visa processing.

After this date the rates will increase as per table below. Please read the cancellation policy below before you make payment.

REGISTRATION FEES All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST) 

Note: Both standard and student delegate registration includes welcome drinks on Sunday, all morning tea (MT), lunch and afternoon tea (AT) for 3 days conference. 

Standard delegate registration also includes conference dinner. Additional dinner ticket can be purchased separately.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Friday 31 January 2020 will received a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110 AUD. 

Refunds for cancellations received after  Friday 31 January 2020 will be at the discretion of the conference committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are NOT transferable, except for medical issue and need to be advised in writing prior to the start of the Conference.
